Please hand over the check/s to the nearest Sta. Lucia Prime branch office. Also, please take note of the clearing period:

  • BDO - 1 day clearing
  • Local checks, other than BDO - 3 to 5 days clearing
  • Manager's Check - 3 to 5 days clearing

  • Two (2) Original Proofs of Billing under the Buyer’s name (Address must be the same in the filled-out BIS). In cases wherein the Proof of Billing is not registered under the Buyer’s name signed Certificate of Residency must be submitted.
  • Two (2) Photocopy of Government-issued Valid IDs with three (3) specimen signature
  • Reservation Application (RA)
  • Signed Data Privacy Consent Form
  • Reservation Fee (RF)

  • Contract to Sell (CTS)
  • Deed of Restrictions (DOR)

  • PSA Birth Certificate if single, Marriage Certificate if married

  • For buyers who are widow / widower
    • PSA Authenticated marriage certificate
    • PSA Authenticated death certificate
  • For buyers working or residing abroad, and unable to sign documents
    • Special Power of Attorney
    • Photocopy of two (2) Government-issued Valid IDs with three (3) specimen signature of the authorized representative.
  • For buyers married to a foreigner
    • Notarized Waiver of Conjugal Rights (Executed by the Foreign Spouse with Valid ID and updated passport)
  • For buyers who are formerly Filipino
    • Duly notarized Affidavit of Declaration of Citizenship
    • Duly Notarized Sworn Statement in Compliance with Batas Pambansa Blg.185
  • For buyers who are minor
    • Notarized Affidavit of Guardianship & Court Order for minors not represented by their parents.
    • PSA autheticated Birth Certificate
    • Photocopy of two (2) Government-issued Valid IDs with three (3) specimen signature of the guardian.
    • TIN (One time TIN or Form 1904)
    • Letter stating that the guardian is willing to pay for the Donor’s Tax.
  • For Partnership / Corporation
    • Security Exchange Commission (SEC) Registration
    • Articles of Incorporation with GIS
    • By Laws of Corporation
    • Secretary’s Certificate (latest) Board Resolution of the authorized signatory
    • Photocopy of Valid IDs of the Signatories and the Corporate Secretary with three (3) Original Specimen Signature
    • Form 1903/2303 (TIN number of the Company)
